For Clients with an Immigrant Background
We support you on your path to employment when we find a suitable employer for you. If you are an unemployed job seeker with an immigrant background and would like to learn more, you can send an email to valmennuspalvelut@puijola.net

For Employers
We utilize the RATKO and Melba assessment methods, which allow us to evaluate job requirements, employee skills, and adapt the job description based on the employee’s competencies.
Additionally, we offer a linguistic support package, enabling employees to start work with a lower language proficiency. If needed, we also provide orientation for supervisors on matters related to hiring an employee with an immigrant background.
What is Coaching services of Puijola Organization?
In the North Savo region, there is a labor shortage in certain industries, and this shortage is expected to grow further due to increasing retirements in the future. Individuals with an immigrant background possess skills and a strong desire to work, but they may not yet have the language proficiency to perform the same tasks as a native Finnish speaker. Employers often need support in matters related to hiring individuals with an immigrant background, while these individuals need assistance in integrating into the workforce.
Coaching services of Puijola Organization help employers secure the workforce they need and assist job seekers with an immigrant background in finding employment. Coaching services of Puijola Organization is an ESR+ project, with an implementation period from July 1, 2024, to December 31, 2026.

Methods of Operation
We offer practical, low-threshold assistance in finding skilled workers from among individuals with an immigrant background. We listen closely to the needs of your company and seek solutions using the methods at our disposal. We are available throughout the entire process, acting as a reliable and competent partner. Since 2016, we have successfully helped companies and clients with an immigrant background connect with each other, achieving excellent results.
Material bank
We have collected a material bank for employers to help them along the way. The material bank includes, among other things, an information package that allows employers and job coaches to gain a new perspective on their own work, facilitate the induction process, and support foreign-language employees in their new job and adaptation to the work community.
